The listed price is all-inclusive. It covers the product, ocean freight, tariffs, import duties, and customs clearance. There are no additional fees due at pickup.

How This Drop Works
This piece is part of a container shipment arriving directly from our Indonesian workshop, which is how we're able to offer container-direct pricing instead of standard retail markup.

• All sales are final. Because this order is placed directly against a single container shipment, we're unable to accept cancellations or refunds once your order is placed.
• Pickup only, Richmond, VA. This item cannot be shipped further and must be picked up locally. Estimated arrival is early February, with the exact pickup address shared with buyers closer to that date.
• You'll be invited to a private group chat for the container as soon as it ships, where we'll post regular updates: departure, transit milestones, customs clearance, and your pickup date and time once it lands.

Damage & Condition
Your item is fully insured during transit. Before any pickup, we personally inspect each piece to confirm it arrived in good condition. In the rare event, an item shows shipping damage, you'll be sent a replacement on our next container shipment. Please note this means an additional wait, as it depends on our next shipment's timeline, but we'll keep you fully updated on the process.

Pickup means acceptance. Once you or your designated pickup person receives the item in person, that item is considered accepted in its condition at that time. Since every piece is inspected prior to pickup, please take a moment to look it over before you leave.
