Shipping policy

This is a container-direct drop, not standard shipping.

Items in this collection are part of a bulk container shipment imported directly from our workshop partners in Indonesia. Because of this model, standard shipping rules do not apply:

• Local pickup only, Richmond, VA. All items must be picked up in person (or by someone you designate) within 14 days of the container arriving in Richmond. We do not ship these items further to your home or business address. You may coordinate delivery to your home on your own terms.
• Estimated arrival: early February. This is an estimate based on typical ocean transit and customs clearance timelines, and may shift due to factors outside our control, including port congestion, customs delays, or carrier scheduling changes. We will communicate any changes as soon as we know them.
• Pickup address provided closer to arrival. For logistical reasons, the exact pickup location is shared directly with buyers once the shipment is confirmed and nearing arrival, not at the time of purchase.
• Private updates group. All buyers are invited to a private group chat once the container ships, where we post regular updates covering departure, transit milestones, customs clearance, and final pickup scheduling.
• All-inclusive pricing. The listed price for each item includes the product cost, ocean freight, tariffs, import duties, and customs clearance. There are no additional shipping or import fees due at pickup.
